Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Lakeside Inn at Dale Hollow. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your reservation and stay at the property. By booking the property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
Check-In Time: After 3:00 PM CST
Check-Out Time: No later than 11:00 AM CST
Guests must adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may be granted only with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
Failure to vacate the property by 11:00 AM CST on the day of check-out may result in additional charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
100% Refund for cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date.
50% Refund for cancellations made seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.
3. Booking Deposit
A refundable booking deposit of $150.00 is required prior to check-in.
The deposit will be released the day after check-out, provided:
No damage has occurred to the property or its contents.
No violations of these Terms and Conditions have occurred.
No additional charges are pending.
The booking deposit is separate from rental fees and cleaning fees.
4. Property Damage and Additional Charges
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, appliances, or other contents during their stay.
If damage occurs:
The guest will be notified via messenger communication.
Supporting documentation, including attached images, will be provided.
Damage-related charges may be deducted from the booking deposit.
If damages exceed the $150.00 deposit amount, the guest agrees to pay the remaining balance.
5. Pet Policy
Please confirm your room is a pet-friendly room prior to booking with pets. Service animals are not allowed in our non-pet friendly rooms as we reserve these for guests who may have allergies. A pet fee of $30 per animal must be paid prior to arrival. If a pet is not paid for in advance of a stay, a charge of $100.00 will be applied.
6. Agreement to Terms
By confirming a reservation and staying at the property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
